By using EvilFool, you agree to these terms. They're short.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to use EvilFool.
Play fair
Don't cheat. That means no programs, scripts, bots or other tools that play for you or give you an edge, and no exploiting bugs.
Some rooms have an Allow cheating rule, where slipping in an illegal card, and being challenged for it, is part of the game. Playing by that rule is fine.
Coins and diamonds
Coins and diamonds are virtual items for playing EvilFool. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for real money.
Your account
You're responsible for your account, so keep your password to yourself.
We may suspend or delete accounts that cheat, abuse other players, use offensive usernames, or misuse EvilFool in other ways.
Provided as is
EvilFool is provided as is, without any warranty. We do our best to keep it running and fair, but it may change, have bugs or be unavailable at times. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses that come from using it.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and if you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
